We believe that every girl, regardless of background or circumstances, should have access to a supportive network that provides guidance to help her build a roadmap towards her unique goals and success. We also believe in creating a space where every girl feels welcomed, valued, and supported.
Our goal is to help girls Learn, Engage, Achieve, and Develop (L.E.A.D) by pairing them with experienced mentors who offer guidance, inspiration, and real-world advice on personal development, career exploration, leadership, and confidence building that provides an enriched experience they need to thrive.
Our mission to empower young girls and women 12 to 21 through mentorship, education, and character development helping them develop leadership skills, confidence, and a sense of community. We achieve this through fostering the discovery of practical life skills and aptitudes that inspire confidence, resilience, and motivation encouraging young girls to strive for excellence.
Our vision is to break down barriers that limit girls' and potential providing them with resources to explore their dreams, overcome challenges, and pursue their ambitions. Our programs and activities are designed to provide pathways to success fueled by a strong community of professional female role models who take an active and tailored approach to shaping a better future for girls.
Our commitment is dedicated to cultivating Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely (SMART) goals to develop the next generation of female leaders in school, work, or their community. Through open communication, active engagement and robust support, we will strive to foster and ensure that the mentoring relationship is effective, impactful, and fulfilling.
Our core values are aligned with guiding principles that support the growth and development of participants and help shape the relationship, decision-making, and overall impact of the program. By ensuring our mentees are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed, we help them to move ahead and recognize their strengths, voice, and full potential.
