This provides one-on-one mentorship and support for ages 12 to 17 to grow into confident, capable, and compassionate leaders. Participants are paired with trained mentors who guide them through social-emotional development, college readiness, or career exploration. Parent consent required.

This provides one-on-one mentorship and support for ages 18 to 22 to grow into confident, capable, and compassionate leaders. Participants are paired with trained mentors who guide them through the critical "bridge" years of academics or early career as they navigate professional life.

This provides job exposure for participants (paid or unpaid) through internships to develop networks, training, or insights into future career options and hands-on experience to professional environments across various industries. Please check back when this program option becomes available.

This offers financial assistance to two participants to pursue their academic goals (tuition or books). They must demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and a commitment to community service. Must be successfully enrolled in a full time undergraduate degree program to qualify.
