This program provides young girls ages 12 to 17 with one-on-one mentorship and support to grow into confident, capable, and compassionate leaders. Each participant is paired with a trained mentor who helps guide them through personal development, career exploration, academic achievement, and/or social-emotional growth. Parent/guardian consent required.
This program provides young adult women ages 18 to 21 with one-on-one mentorship and support to grow into confident, capable, and compassionate leaders. Each participant is paired with a trained mentor who helps guide them through personal development, career exploration, academic achievement, and/or social-emotional growth.
This program exposes our mentees to paid or unpaid internship opportunities to develop networks, practical skills, insights into future career paths, and hands-on experience to professional environments across various industries. Please check back when this program option becomes available.
This program offers financial assistance to a mentee to pursue their academic goals. This provides support to those who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and a commitment to community service. Must be enrolled in either undergraduate or graduate degree program full time.
Honor an outstanding mentee who go above and beyond in their personal and academic growth and development for a NexGen GIL award. The mentee must actively contribute within their respective communities and to the success of the Girls in Lead mentoring relationship while embracing the guidance and opportunities provided by their mentor. Program requirements apply!
