The NexGen GIL award seeks to highlight a mentee who, through their actions and influence, are shaping the future by empowering others and driving social change. The award seeks to acknowledge someone who have shown a passion for leadership, mentorship, and community development. You must be a mentee of GIL to apply.
Criteria for Selection:
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire others, whether in school, community, or extracurricular settings.
- Mentorship: Evidence of empowering and guiding peers, younger individuals, or groups through mentorship and positive role modeling.
- Community Impact: Active involvement in community service, volunteer work, or social initiatives that promote positive change.
- Commitment to Growth: A strong desire for personal development, learning, and self-improvement, as well as the ability to overcome obstacles.
Award benefits:
